Before vehicle transport, record the current visible condition with dated photos and remove loose personal items that are not part of the agreed transport scope. Keep the required vehicle and identity documents available for verification where applicable.
For bikes, mirrors or accessories may need protection depending on the packing method. For cars, carrier type, route and loading schedule should be confirmed before dispatch. Fuel level and alarm/accessory handling should follow the carrier's operational instructions.
Vehicle transport charges should be shown separately from household-goods transport when both services are booked together. Final handover condition should be checked at delivery.
